In my sessions I tell people: only do what your body needs. I treat your information the same way. Here are the questions my golfers ask me most, with honest answers.
The quick stretch
- There's no ad tracking on this site. Just one small cookie.
- Your card stays with Hotmart. It never reaches me.
- Your details are never sold, rented or used for ads.
- One click unsubscribes you from any email.
- Questions go to business@golfnicole.com.
Who looks after my information here?
I do, under my brand, Nicole Reyes Golf. The site, the books and the membership all run under that name.
You can always reach me at business@golfnicole.com.
Do you track me when I just look around the site?
No. You don't need an account, and there's no sign-up form on the site.
There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google or Facebook trackers and no analytics scripts.
Cloudflare is my web host. It processes your IP address so the pages load and stay protected.
What's recorded when I tap a link from one of your videos?
Links in my videos and QR codes (the /go/ links and ?src= codes) record a few things: the time, the video or link you came from, and the page it opened.
They also record your country and a scrambled code made from your IP address. Your IP address is never stored. Nobody can rebuild it from that code.
This shows me which videos are helping golfers. Nothing else.
There's one small cookie, and it lasts 30 days. Its one job: recall the version of the book page you saw, so you get the same one next time. It's the only cookie my site sets. Hotmart's checkout has its own cookies under Hotmart's policy.
If I buy a book, what do you get from the purchase?
You pay on Hotmart's checkout, where Hotmart collects your name, email, billing and payment details. Your card number never reaches me.
Hotmart sends me your email, what you bought, the price, your country and the video or link that brought you.
On book orders I keep your email in scrambled form, never the plain email.
What do you keep about me as a member?
From Hotmart I get your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, and which video or link you came from. I keep these to send your letters.
My letters also tell me if they arrived and which of their links you clicked.
Will you email me if I leave the checkout before paying?
Maybe. If a checkout isn't finished, or the payment fails, Hotmart may pass me your name and email.
Then I may send you up to two emails to remind you. A single click stops them. I never write if you already bought.
What do you keep when I reply to a letter?
Your message and your email, so I can answer you.
The raw copy of each email is deleted after 90 days. I keep the text of the message so our conversation makes sense later.
Is a computer involved when you answer me?
An AI writing assistant may help me draft replies, so you hear back sooner. Your message is used for that, and only that.
What do you actually do with my information?
I deliver your books and letters, answer you, and handle refunds.
I learn which videos help golfers.
I also tell you about other books from Nicole Reyes Golf, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
Do you sell my details to anyone?
Never. I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.
Who else helps run things behind the scenes?
Hotmart takes care of payments, book delivery and membership billing.
Resend delivers my emails.
Cloudflare runs the site, stores my data and takes in the emails you send me.
Each of them has its own privacy policy.
Can I stop the emails, or ask to see my data?
Yes. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or just reply with the word “unsubscribe”.
Write to business@golfnicole.com to see, correct or delete your data. You'll get an answer within 30 days. It applies anywhere in the US, California included.
Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, because the law requires it.
How long do you keep my details?
Membership details stay while you're a member, and until you ask me to delete them.
After you unsubscribe, only a scrambled “do not email” note remains, so you never get another email. Order records are held as long as the law requires.
Do you collect information from kids?
The books and membership are made for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
What happens if you change this page?
The page gets updated, and so does the “Last updated” date. That date tells you when it last changed.

Move well, play long. — Nicole
